Comfortable family room with a good amount of space and nice decor, although there were some cleanliness issues with the remote control and dust around the bathroom. Staff were friendly and the menu was decent, but the service could be slow at times. a decent stay with room for improvement.

The room was nice and clean, really well done. Plus, the staff were helpful beyond what you’d expect! I mean, they even got a family member to move their car for us so we could fit ours in! !

I loved how easy it was to take a few steps to nearby cafes or enjoy a leisurely walk to Temple Newsam, where the lovely gardens make for a perfect afternoon escape, adding great charm to the experience.
